ON THE MAGICAL ISLAND OF MOLOKAI IN HAWAII

Every year I take groups to this wonderful retreat center, Hui Hoolana, because it is the most beautiful and healing place I know.

The Heart of Meditation, will be offered again June 21-27, 2008 with myself and Flint Sparks, PhD, who is a psychotherapist from Austin Texas and has been ordained in the Zen lineage of Suzuki Roshi. We do sitting and walking meditations, gentle yoga, and the practice of Loving Presence from the Hakomi Method, (of which both Flint and I are teachers). It is a wonderful way to begin or to renew your commitment to a meditation practice and to the benefits of mindfulness in your life. This retreat is $1400 USD.
