Aloha dear friends,
Flint Sparks and I are frequently asked to offer training experiences for healing practitioners of all levels, especially those interested in deepening their practice in Hakomi, yoga, meditation, and psychotherapy as spiritual practice.
Joy, loving kindness, compassion, and peaceful well-being are not advanced spiritual qualities or refined psychological states. They are the experience and reality of each moment when we take time to wake up to who we are being, what we are doing, and how we are habitually organizing our reality. Embodied mindfulness is the key to this and can be the doorway to freedom.
You are invited to join Flint Sparks and me for a special eight-day retreat experience of mindful embodiment and shared practices at Hui Ho’olana retreat centre in Molokai, Hawaii. This retreat is designed for anyone committed to personal self-study, including therapists, Hakomi practitioners, counselors, bodyworkers, healers, and those committed to supporting others in moving beyond their conditioning into a more wholehearted life. Flint and I will draw on many years of experience leading retreats, practising and teaching meditation and yoga, and integrating these embodied mindfulness practices with practical healing tools taken from the Hakomi method and Internal Family Systems.
This retreat begins late afternoon on Saturday, November 21st and concludes mid-morning on Sunday, November 29th. Click the link below to register, or contact Morgan Osmani, the organizer for this retreat for additional information. Space for this unique experience is limited. Reserve your spot today.
